About Us –  Toronto North Probus

Toronto North Probus Club, established in November 2025,  is all about celebrating life, past, present, and what’s still to come! Based in North Toronto, we bring curious, active, and social retirees together to laugh, learn, and make new memories. Whether you love good conversation, great company, or trying something new, there’s always something happening with our Probus Club.

We meet regularly in both large and small groups to explore our shared interests and passions. From pickleball and hiking to lunch and dinner clubs, card games, and many other activities, our calendar is packed with opportunities to connect and have fun. If you can dream it, chances are someone in our Club wants to do it too!

Probus plays an important role in making retirement vibrant and fulfilling. By encouraging friendship, active lifestyles, and community involvement, our Probus Club helps turn free time into quality time. It’s about staying curious, staying connected, and staying engaged.

At its heart, Probus is about people. Our members come from a wide range of professional backgrounds, but we all share one thing in common - a desire to enjoy life, build friendships, and keep moving forward together. With Probus, retirement isn’t slowing down… it’s opening up.

Membership and Benefits

Membership is open to retired or semi-retired individuals. Benefits of joining our Probus Club include staying mentally and physically active, expanding social networks, and contributing positively to society. We also offer a sense of purpose and belonging, which is vital for overall well-being in later years.

Come join us on the third Wednesday of each month at the Borochov Cultural Centre, 272 Codsell Ave, North York, from 10am to noon and find out what we are all about.
